How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are delivered from Selangor, Malaysia.

Who are the logistic partners working with Cappico? How do I contact them?

We collaborate with Easy Parcel and DHL e-commerce for domestic orders. In the event of an International order, we will discuss with you, before deciding on a logistic service

What happens if I was not available to receive my parcel? 

If that does happen, please contact us immediately through our email; [email protected] or send us a direct message to  Cappico.co on Instagram.

You can also choose to wait it out until we receive said parcel back at our office. Do note that the recipient is responsible for any additional subsequent costs incurred to return the parcel to our office and/or to resend from our office.

When we receive the returned parcel from the courier company, we will immediately contact the recipient of said parcel.

What do I do if the delivery information I provided was wrong?

Contact us immediately as we might still be able to make amends to it if the parcel is still pending for shipment.

However, if your parcel is already out for delivery, inform us as soon as possible so we can move on to resending it to the correct location.

Please bear in mind that the shipping fee is NOT refundable in the event of wrong information provided by customers and that any additional shipping fee will be held responsible by the recipient.Hence, we strongly advise that you double, triple, even quadruple check your delivery and personal information before placing your order, as we wouldn’t want you to go through all the trouble!

I have an urgent order, can I get it sent by today/tomorrow?

Yes! Please contact us on Instagram for immediate response at  Cappico.co on Instagram. We will arrange 3rd party delivery for you, either through Lalamove or Grab. Do note that same day orders must be made before 1pm so that they can be processed the exact same day.
