How do I pay?
You can pay through bank transfer, FPX or certain e-wallets available [Boost, TNG]

Bank Transfer
When paying with bank transfer, please ensure that you upload your proof of payment, at the order section so that we can proceed with packing your order. You can also send it to us via direct message on our Instagram.


How to know if Cappico has received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24hours after time of purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once your shipment order has been created, you will receive an email regarding the shipment tracking information. Please allow at least one day for your order to show up on the system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after the payment has been made. Should there be a need to amend or cancel your order, or problems with your shipping details, please contact us via direct message on Instagram @cappico.co 

We will do our best to help change any orders if possible. However, do bear in mind we will not be able to change/cancel any orders when it has been processed.

When you use a promotion code with a cashback, please note that all cashbacks will be in the form of store credits which will be credited into your verified store account. These store credits can be used for your next purchase with us. Please ensure you have created a store account with us, or if you haven't let us know and we can help you with it 😊


CAPPICO products are usually packed in environmentally friendly craft boxes or bubble wrap mailers*(which we try to avoid), with stuffing, and wrapping paper. Occasionally, there will be different packagings for different themed collections.

For our Demi-Fine and Fine jewelry collections, you will receive our polishing cloth with your order, which will help you give your jewelry a little TLC to maintain their shine. Our exclusive Cappico dustbag comes with any orders placed as long as they are above RM50.

For personalized gift cards, please let us know what you would like written on it in the remark box before checking out. If you missed out on it, no worries, just send us a direct message on Instagram with your order number.

*You can always contact us on Instagram to request for a box, or any specifications to our packaging.Please note that extra charges may apply for add-ons.


Absolutely! This can be organised with just a direct message to Cappico on Instagram. We will either use GRAB or LALAMOVE for the order. Do place your order before 5pm though!


We believe in tranparency as a brand, and all our products are put on sale with a clear explanation or description of their material, and sizing. Please refer to our product descriptions on each products personal page for information on product material.

Do note that all our products are not made of the same materials, so not all of them can withstand water, sweat or other external factors. Those made with hardier materials like our demi-fine and fine collection will also tarnish if not handled properly and cleaned regularly.
